Job Description

As a technical expert in solar energy, you will be responsible for providing top-notch after-sales support to customers in your designated region. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the smooth operation of our inverters, identifying and resolving any technical issues that may arise.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Inverter installation instruction and maintenance training;
  2. Responding to customer inquiries and concerns via phone call or email;
  3. Conducting remote or on-site inverter troubleshooting, replacement, and defect identification;
  4. Collecting and analyzing data on after-sales support cases and reporting to the team leader;
  5. Participating in other team activities as assigned by the team leader.

A bachelor's degree or above in Electronics and Electrical or a related field is required. A minimum of 5 years of experience in the solar industry, with a strong background in string inverters, hybrid inverters, and utility-based projects is necessary. You should also possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluent English being essential.
