Job Description

Savino Del Bene is seeking a highly motivated Freight Forwarding Division Sales Strategist to drive sales process and productivity for our Freight Forwarding division towards achievement of business targets across the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Collaboration: Drive collaboration with group organizations as well as internal business units to develop new products & business opportunities.
  • Solution Sales Focus: Develop end-to-end solutions for different industry verticals, account management & retention.
  • Budget Preparation: Prepare budgets for volumes, gross profit & revenue for the region.
  • Risk Management: Identify and assess risks associated with the business. Plan and execute risk mitigating procedures.
Requirements
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of the freight forwarding industry and its dynamics.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively represent the organization in various settings.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on experience.
