Healthcare Relationship Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Healthcare Relationship Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing relationships with existing clients, developing new business opportunities, and providing expert advice on employee health and benefits.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Servicing existing clients and developing new business opportunities.
  • Studying client portfolios and consulting on risk management.
  • Performing gap analysis of existing policies and negotiating better terms with insurers.
  • Maintaining 100% client retention.
  • Preparing proposals for client presentations and assisting with roadshows.
  • Engaging with clients for Quarterly/Annual Client Satisfaction Surveys.
  • Booking and invoicing business on time.
  • Coordinating with other practices to explore portfolio level penetration in client relationships.
  • Interacting with insurance markets and sourcing best solutions for clients.
  • Ensuring documentation and policy issuance meets SLA discussed.
  • Renewal tracking and sending timely reminders for premium payments.
  • Providing continuous assistance with claims queries.
  • Coordination with internal stakeholders for execution of deliverables.

Requirements:

  • Proven leadership skills and experience in a similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Good networking and relationship management skills, strong communication/presentation skills.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in the insurance industry or TPA.
  • Ability to manage diverse client cultures and domain knowledge preferred.
