Role Overview:

HAI Suitcase Clinics is redefining primary healthcare by merging cutting-edge technology with a portable, doorstep-ready clinic model.

This mission-driven role requires a strong growth mindset with risk appetite and commitment to drive domestic & international expansion, franchise & B2B partnerships.

The ideal candidate has 10–20 years of experience in Healthcare, HealthTech, Hospital, or Startup leadership, and a proven track record of driving sales of minimum USD 1M ARR per annum in center-based, franchise-driven, or health/retail business models.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead sales, marketing, business operations, and go-to-market strategies
  • Drive domestic & international expansion, franchise & B2B partnerships
  • Identify and pitch to investors, support fundraising alongside the Founder
  • Own revenue, profitability, and clinic performance metrics
Requirements:
  • 10–20 years in Healthcare, HealthTech, Hospital, or Startup leadership
  • Strong growth, fundraising, and business execution experience
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with risk appetite and founder-level commitment
  • Ability to work hard, hustle, and build from scratch
