Job Description

As a seasoned Delivery Leader, you will be responsible for spearheading and managing delivery teams to ensure seamless execution of high-quality solutions. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, working closely with them to understand their requirements, provide guidance, and guarantee that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

You will oversee project managers, developers, and architects specializing in Salesforce delivery, migration, and cloud solutions. Additionally, you will support hiring and training initiatives to enhance the team's capabilities and ensure exceptional service delivery.

Key responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams, collaborating with clients to meet their needs, and effectively managing client expectations. You will engage in delivery governance forums, work closely with the Sales Team on proposals and strategic initiatives, and build strong relationships with key client stakeholders.

  • Lead delivery teams of 200 to 250 engineers
  • Build and groom next 2 levels of delivery leaders
  • Portfolio: A high-growth portfolio with annual revenue of USD 15M to USD 20M

Expertise Required:

  • Experience working in healthcare and life sciences domains preferably with customers in Clinical, Pharma, Healthcare Payer, Provider domain
  • Understanding of regulatory aspects as applicable to the HLS industry
  • Managing and leading highly skilled teams, team leaders, and product developers
  • Ability to learn required domain and technology necessary for the program/area of engagement
  • 15 years of progressive experience in Delivery Leadership roles for Software development and Salesforce Management Programs
  • Proven delivery leadership for multi-customer portfolios with mix of T&M, fixed price
  • Engage with CxOs/VPs/Director level stakeholders
