Job Title: Property Administration Manager

The Role:

  • Oversee daily operations of the abstraction team, reporting directly to senior director.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage local services and lead a global team in India, ensuring delivery excellence and culture alignment.
  2. Collaborate with business leaders globally to build and support the Indian managed services team, focusing on people management and community development.
  3. Drive integration and standardization in India, working with service offering leadership to develop scalable infrastructure through policy adoption, training, and cross-training.
  4. Work with global and local leadership to ensure common approach and resource management, contributing to the company's strategic plans and objectives.
  5. Optimize solutions to improve performance, productivity, or reduce costs within the services departments.
  6. Represent the Indian managed services team in broader leadership structures, addressing unique challenges and needs.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • 7+ years' experience in lease abstraction or related field, managing a global team or equivalent leadership experience.
  • Project management skills, including regular team meetings and issue resolution.
  • Responsible for training and onboarding new abstractors, developing the team.
  • Leadership: Ability to inspire teams to achieve great results.
  • Execution: Concrete actions to deliver and inspire.
  • Polished communication, leadership, planning, motivation, coaching, and collaboration skills.
  • Excellent documentation and presentation skills.
  • Problem-solving collaborator with a client-centric focus.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in business management or related field; master's preferred – and/or relevant qualification and/or experience.
