Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine requirements and deliver impactful features.
  • Mentor junior engineers and serve as a technical leader within the team.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, implementing long-term solutions to enhance system reliability.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science from a top-tier institution.
  • Over 7 years of backend software development experience, with a strong emphasis on distributed systems and video processing.
  • Proficient in backend technologies such as Python, Java, or Go, with experience in building scalable, high-performance systems.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with video technologies, including codecs, compression techniques, FFmpeg, GStreamer, and streaming protocols.
  • A proven track record of serving as a tech lead and managing complex initiatives within the team.
  • In-depth understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and API design.
  • Strong experience in performance optimization, debugging, and scaling complex applications.
