Job Title: Senior Creative Producer

We are seeking a highly skilled professional with expertise in video editing, motion graphics, and AI-native workflows. The role involves creating engaging learning videos, promotional content, explainers, and campaign assets by combining editing, design, animation, and next-gen AI tools.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Edit and produce high-quality videos across learning, promo, and campaign formats
  • Design and animate motion graphics, infographics, and explainer elements
  • Utilize AI tools to enhance workflows
  • Convert scripts and briefs into compelling video narratives
  • Collaborate with writers, designers, and marketing/product teams
  • Balance speed, quality, and scale while innovating with AI + animation techniques
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 8-10 years of professional experience in video editing and motion design
  • A strong portfolio showcasing edited videos and animations (explainers, promos, learning content, campaigns)
  • Proficiency in industry-standard tools: Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve (Blender/Cinema4D a plus)
  • Proven hands-on experience with AI tools for video and animation (Runway, Pika Labs, Synthesia, Adobe Firefly, etc.)
  • Excellent storytelling ability and visual design sense
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
  • Direction/production skills will be an asset
