Job Title: Video Lead

The role involves taking full ownership of video advertisements and performance-driven content across platforms. This position requires creative, strategic, and organized skills to produce high-impact video ads while leading a team, managing end-to-end video production, and collaborating with creators, influencers, and external partners.

Key responsibilities include developing project plans, organizing and managing the production process, overseeing video shoots, and supervising post-production activities. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and leadership skills, be knowledgeable about video production techniques, equipment, and software, and have a strong portfolio showcasing ad content and branded storytelling.

  • Project Planning: Develop concepts, scripts, and storyboards, create project timelines and budgets, and coordinate with stakeholders to understand project objectives and requirements.
  • Production Management: Organize and manage the production process, including casting, location scouting, scheduling, and equipment procurement. Ensure all necessary permits and releases are obtained.
  • Crew Management: Hire, lead, and collaborate with a team of videographers, editors, sound engineers, and other production professionals. Provide guidance, feedback, and direction to team members.
  • Shooting and Directing: Oversee video shoots, ensuring the creative vision is executed effectively. Direct talent, capture high-quality footage, and manage on-set logistics.
  • Post-Production: Supervise editing, color correction, and visual effects. Ensure the final product aligns with the project's goals and vision.
  • Quality Control: Review and approve video drafts at various stages, providing feedback and revisions as necessary. Ensure videos meet quality standards and align with brand guidelines.
  • Client and Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with clients, creative directors, and other stakeholders to understand their requirements, provide project updates, and address any concerns or feedback.
  • Qualifications: A bachelor's degree in film, video production, or a related field, 5+ years of experience in video production and project management, strong knowledge of video production techniques, equipment, and software, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a strong portfolio showcasing ad content and branded storytelling.
