About the Role
  • Lead and mentor a team of skilled developers, providing expert guidance on technical best practices and problem-solving strategies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather detailed requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions that meet business needs.
  • Ensure adherence to industry-standard coding standards, branching strategies, project delivery timelines, and risk management activities.
  • Conduct regular code reviews and provide constructive feedback to support continuous skill development within the team.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and maintain microservices architecture for complex systems.
  2. Design and implement RESTful APIs using OOP principles and asynchronous programming.
  3. Maintain expertise in emerging technologies such as Node.js, NestJS, PostgreSQL, MySQL, and AWS cloud services.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects across various industries.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 10+ years of software development experience, including 5+ years in a lead role.
  • Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework, LINQ, Angular, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS, Git, Hangfire, RabbitMQ, Redis Cache, ANT Design, ng-zorro, ABP Framework, Bootstrap, and Typesense.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools.
