Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to execute software development initiatives in an Agile environment.
  • Manage the entire Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC) from requirements gathering, analysis, design, development, deployment, and post-launch support.
  • Coordinate with distributed teams including Business Analysts, UI/Backend Developers, QA, DevOps, and Support for seamless execution.
  • Drive Agile ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Retrospectives, Reviews/Demos, and backlog grooming.
  • Deliver projects under Fixed Price and Time & Material engagement models, ensuring scope, timeline, and budget adherence.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to manage expectations, provide transparent status updates, and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, blockers, and dependencies to maintain delivery momentum.
  • Champion software development best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines across teams.
