Key Responsibilities:
  • Responsible and accountable for leading the learning strategy and execution for our advisory line of service in line with market best practice and industry standards
  • Learning Strategy and Delivery across elements including Technical, Leadership and soft skills
  • Identify learning needs using robust tools and methodology and ensure sponsorship across leadership for learning initiatives
  • Curate and deliver targeted training programs across levels covering technical trainings, behavioral trainings, and leadership development journeys
  • Design an evaluation framework for each learning intervention relevant to showcase detailed insights to stakeholders

This role has a dotted reporting relationship with both the central L&E leader and the advisory leadership team. Mandatory skill sets include Learning & Development and HR systems implementation and support.
