BFSI Relationship Builder

Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven BFSI Relationship Builder to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is selling financial products and building relationships with customers to generate sales.

This position requires an individual with excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a thorough understanding of financial markets and regulatory frameworks.

To succeed in this position, you will need to be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive and enthusiastic attitude and a customer-focused approach.

You will also need to have a good knowledge of equity and debt markets, as well as MFD certification.

  • Coordinate with banks and financial institutions
  • Assume full accountability for all aspects of sales
  • Prospect new clients through database, references, and open market
  • Liaise with investors, distributors, and institutions
  • Organize investor awareness programs
  • Maintain healthy business relations with customers
  • Penetrate key accounts and originate upselling opportunities
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly business plans
