Job Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Banking professional to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing financial solutions to meet the working requirements of business banking customers and ensuring best-in-class relationship management and customer experience.

Main Responsibilities

  • Acquire new business banking customers with a detailed understanding of credit assessment.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients, leveraging knowledge of liability, Forex, trade, and client relationships.
  • Manage portfolios effectively, monitoring accounts and renewals, and ensuring portfolio hygiene.
  • Cross-leverage with branch banking to optimize synergy and work within the overall bank ecosystem.
  • Evaluate growth strategies based on competitor analysis and customer feedback.
  • Recommend process changes to improve service efficiency and quality across the branch network.
  • Conceive and execute sales planning and marketing initiatives.
  • Understand financial statements, credit assessment, and title-security documents.

Requirements

  • 5-10 years of relevant branch banking experience.
  • Graduation in any discipline.
  • Preferred Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification.
