Job Title: ADA / PDF Accessibility Specialist

We are seeking an experienced accessibility specialist to join our team. As an accessibility specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that all digital content is accessible to people with disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct automated and manual audits for websites, portals, LMS, documents, and multimedia content.
  • Perform real-user accessibility testing with screen readers and keyboard-only navigation.
  • Remediate issues found during audits and provide clear, prioritized fixes.
  • Guide developers on accessible coding practices.
  • Prepare VPATs/ACRs and client-facing accessibility conformance documentation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong knowledge of WCAG 2.1/2.2, ADA Title II/III, Section 504/508.
  • Hands-on experience with JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver, TalkBack, Axe, WAVE, SiteImprove, Adobe Acrobat Pro.
  • Proficiency in HTML5, ARIA, CSS3, JavaScript.
  • Strong documentation/reporting skills.
