Identity Access Management Specialist

This role focuses on building and nurturing relationships with teams and clients to deliver exceptional results.

  • Integrate SailPoint IIQ with various systems such as ServiceNow, Active Directory, LDAP, PAM, and other applications.
  • Deliver IGA processes including recertification, joiner/mover/leaver (JML), access request, segregation of duties, and role-based access control (RBAC).
  • Configure connectors to onboard applications using out-of-the-box connectors like Web Service, JDBC, RACF/ACF2 and custom options.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive access policies and rules within SailPoint to enforce access controls and mitigate risks.
  • Design and implement automated workflows and lifecycle management processes to streamline identity lifecycle events and improve efficiency.
  • Evaluate SailPoint's capabilities and effectively communicate them to stakeholders.
  • Produce insightful reports and audit trails to monitor identity and access activities and demonstrate compliance.
  • Collaborate with security teams to identify and address potential vulnerabilities and threats related to identity and access management.
  • Provide post-implementation support, troubleshoot issues, and conduct user training to ensure successful system adoption and ongoing operations.
Requirements:
  • Familiarity with SailPoint IIQ and its integration with various systems.
  • Understanding of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) processes.
  • Experience with connector configuration and automation.
  • Ability to develop and maintain access policies and rules.
  • Knowledge of workflow design and implementation.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Audit trail analysis and compliance reporting skills.
  • Collaboration and problem-solving skills in a team environment.
