As a UI/UX Designer, you will play a pivotal role in crafting seamless digital experiences that resonate with users while maintaining a minimalist approach.

  • You'll collaborate closely with the product manager to translate ideas into minimalistic digital solutions that reflect our brand and boost user engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end design process for our website, from wireframing to high-fidelity mockups, ensuring pixel-perfect implementation of designs.
  • Develop and maintain a clean, modern, and minimalist design system that embodies our brand identity.
  • Conduct thorough user research, usability testing, and iterate designs based on feedback to optimize web interfaces.
  • Work collaboratively with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs and optimize responsiveness, accessibility, and performance.
  • Stay up to date with emerging UX best practices, design trends, and startup culture to drive innovation.
  • Continuously analyze user behavior to identify opportunities for enhancing engagement and conversion.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of professional UI/UX design experience in fast-paced environments.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing minimalistic website designs with a focus on usability and simplicity.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
  • Deep understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and responsive design.
  • Experience with user research methods, prototyping, and usability testing.
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to balance aesthetics with functionality.
