Job Overview

The role of the Accounts Payable Manager is to oversee end-to-end AP operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.

Key responsibilities include managing vendor onboarding, invoice processing, payment cycles, and reconciliation; monitoring and maintaining accurate AP records; reviewing and approving invoices, payment runs, and expense claims; driving process improvements for efficiency and cost savings; liaising with cross-functional teams for timely issue resolution; and supporting month-end and year-end closing activities.

Requirements
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable, vendor management, and financial compliance.
  • Qualifications as a Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent.
