Senior Accounts Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Accounts Manager to oversee and lead our clients' accounts payable, accounts receivable, and month-end close activities.

This role requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to scale AP processes for a rapidly growing client base of YouTubers and influencers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the AP department, ensuring timely and accurate processing of all AP transactions.
  • Supervise, mentor, and develop AP professionals and senior AP staff to build a high-performing team.
  • Establish, implement, and continuously improve AP policies, processes, and internal controls.
  • Oversee cleanup, coding, and reconciliation of bank transactions for 150+ new clients onboarded each month.
  • Partner with client service teams to ensure AP processes meet the unique needs of creators, YouTubers, and influencers.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of 5-7 people and interacting with clients for all activities as per SLA covering accounts payable, accounts receivable, supporting month-end close activities, and providing essential financial reporting.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA, CMA, or equivalent preferred).
  • 10–15 years of progressive experience in Accounts Payable or accounting, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven expertise in managing high-volume AP operations in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of AP processes, reconciliations, transaction coding, and compliance requirements.
