Strategic Procurement Operations Manager

We are seeking a seasoned procurement operations leader to spearhead our EMEA region efforts. This senior manager will oversee a team of up to 50 professionals providing professional services to multiple clients.
Responsibilities include leading operational activities, vendor management, purchase order creation, issue resolution, and receipting, as well as end-to-end AP process - invoice processing, query and hold resolution, and reconciliation activities.
You will handle a team with direct supervision over Team leaders servicing multiple clients, products, regions, and achieving critical metrics such as SLAs contractually agreed with the customer.
Key performance indicators will be analyzed and projects implemented for continuous improvement based on Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
This position involves owning implementation and delivery of Operational Excellence Framework including Visual Management System, ensuring teams have all necessary resources, creating reporting for client and management, identifying recurrent problems, and resolving them.
