We are looking for an experienced and strategic Procurement Manager to lead our procurement activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing vendor relationships, sourcing equipment, goods, and services across multiple categories.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the procurement team in handling day-to-day operations.
  • Streamline procurement processes and foster a positive working environment.
  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve processes, policies, and procedures that align with business objectives.
  • Craft negotiation strategies and close deals with optimal terms to ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Forecast price and market trends to identify changes in buyer-supplier power dynamics.
  • Ensure compliance with Export and Import rules and regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Engineering degree (B.E / B.Tech) and any Management degree or equivalent discipline.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with a strong ability to influence all departments.
  • Highly organized, self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills – both verbal and written.
  • Ability to analyze problems, resolve issues, and multi-task effectively in a dynamic environment.
