Job Overview:

The Accounts Payable Manager oversees day-to-day operations of the accounts payable department in the India Office.

This role plays a crucial part in driving efficiency and implementing new processes and systems. Key responsibilities include managing AP staff, invoice management, and ensuring timely payment processing.

The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills, be able to manage multiple priorities, and have a strong focus on quality control.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage and supervise AP staff
  2. Oversee daily activities, including invoice processing, payment scheduling, and vendor communication
  3. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless financial operations
  4. Analyze and implement process improvements to increase efficiency

Requirements:
  • Accounting or finance degree
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in accounts payable
