Job Overview:- As a strategic financial leader, you will oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and compliance.
- Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans to drive business growth.
- Provide actionable insights and strategic guidance to both local management and global leadership.
- Design and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize expenses and boost productivity.
- Ensure timely, accurate, and insightful financial reporting using advanced ERP systems and Business Intelligence tools.
- Conduct comparative financial analysis, including benchmarking against industry trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Maintain compliance with Indian accounting standards and corporate financial policies.
- CA qualification or related field degree
- Minimum 8 years of finance experience, preferably in controllership, accounting, FP&A, or treasury
- 4+ years of finance leadership experience in a global shared services environment
