  • Mentor and supervise outsourced accounting activities.\
  • Collect and consolidate data for headcounts, travel, and operational requirements.\
  • Prepare and present monthly reports to management, including initiative-wise expenditure, grant-wise utilization, and trend analysis.\
  • Track and manage burn rate for each grant.\
  • Coordinate with initiative leaders to submit timely and accurate financial reports to donors/funders.\

  • Provide finance-related guidance to project teams to ensure alignment with budget and compliance.\
  • Act as liaison between eGov, Equidhi, and auditors for shared financial operations.\
