Financial Operations Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Operations Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial statements, conducting audits, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and providing financial advice to management.

  • The ideal candidate will have experience in financial record management, bookkeeping, and preparation of financial statements.
  • Strong skills in conducting audits and ensuring regulatory compliance are essential.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis, financial planning, and budgeting is required.
  • Excellent knowledge of tax preparation and tax laws is necessary.
  • The ability to provide strategic financial advice and insights to management is crucial.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills are also required.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is necessary.
  • Certified Chartered Accountant (CA) designation is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.

This is a full-time on-site role based in Oak Lawn, IL. The Financial Operations Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including bookkeeping, tax preparation, budgeting, and financial planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage financial records and prepare financial statements
  • Conduct audits and ensure regulatory compliance
  • Analyze financial data and prepare reports
  • Provide strategic financial advice and insights to management
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Certified Chartered Accountant (CA) designation
  • Experience in financial record management, bookkeeping, and preparation of financial statements
  • Strong skills in conducting audits and ensuring regulatory compliance
  • Proficiency in financial analysis, financial planning, and budgeting
  • Excellent knowledge of tax preparation and tax laws
  • Ability to provide strategic financial advice and insights to management
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills

Prior experience in the healthcare industry is a plus. Must have experience with QuickBooks. Must have strong resume writing skills and excellent oral and written communication skills.
