Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Financial Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger. You will also develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
  • Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
  • Manage and support financial planning and analysis activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Manage and support the preparation and filing of tax returns, including income tax, sales tax, and other regulatory filings
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, such as auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions
  • Manage and support financial software and systems, such as ERP systems, accounting software, and financial reporting tools

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in financial operations and management, preferably in a supervisory or management role
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, with expertise in financial planning and analysis
  • Experience in managing financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex financial issues
  • Proficiency in financial software and systems, such as ERP systems, accounting software, and financial reporting tools
