Marketing Manager Role in Manufacturing Industry


A dynamic and driven marketing manager is required to lead the development and implementation of strategic marketing plans for our manufacturing industry clients.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute all marketing activities, including campaigns, exhibitions, social media posts, ads, webinars, SEO/SEM, videos, and email marketing, to promote our clients' products and services.

• Generate new business leads and analyze leads data to identify trends and opportunities.

• Explore various sources for lead generation, including online platforms, industry events, and referrals.

• Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, competition analysis, and market analysis to develop effective marketing strategies.

• Develop and manage the marketing department's budget and resources.

• Prepare and present weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to senior management on marketing performance and progress.

• Promote our clients' brands at trade shows and major industry-related events.

• Review website content regularly and ensure updates are made through development partners.

• Manage team members, collaborate with agencies, and review their work to ensure high-quality results.

• Manage chat tools and keep all marketing collaterals up-to-date.

• Represent our clients in PR articles, awards, and recognition programs.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing strategies and industry trends.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing management.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO/SEM, social media, and email marketing.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
