Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our manufacturing unit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure On-Time Production and Dispatch: Supervise production staff to meet deadlines, prioritize tasks, and optimize workflows for efficient output.
  • Coordinate with Teams: Collaborate with production, quality, logistics teams, and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Maintain Work Discipline and Productivity: Implement and enforce work standards, monitor worker performance, and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
  • Inventory Management: Conduct regular checks on raw materials and finished goods inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
  • Production Reporting: Prepare accurate reports on production metrics, including time-to-market, defect rates, and yield optimization.
  • Safety and Quality Standards: Ensure adherence to all applicable safety regulations and industry quality standards to maintain a safe working environment and high-quality products.
  • Issue Resolution: Address minor technical issues promptly and escalate critical concerns to management for timely resolution.
