Job Opportunity:

  • A senior-level professional with extensive experience in database and application development is required to lead our Operations team.

About the Role:

  • This key position involves driving strategic direction, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, and overseeing the development and implementation of operational processes.
  • Key Responsibilities include: developing and implementing operational processes, troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues, monitoring critical issues and escalating as needed, creating and modifying SSIS packages, Stored Procedures, SQL Queries, Automation Processes and SQL Jobs with an eye on performance, converting and preparing large volumes of data for ingestion into our systems using SQL Server integration tools, maintaining and supporting data ingestion tools and automation scripts, managing and resolving data-related issues reported by customers and internal employees, conducting quality and business logic checks on all data into and out of systems, and maintaining high customer satisfaction through exceptional customer service and technical skills.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 10+ years' experience in database and application development and support.
  • Proven SQL Language Experience with highly performing SQL.
  • Experience developing and troubleshooting SSIS packages.
  • Experience developing reports and dashboards using tools like Sisense and SSRS.
  • Experience with MS SQL Server.
  • Knowledge of Data Modeling concepts.
  • Experience with one or more scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell, etc.).
