Lead SQL Developer

We are seeking an experienced Lead SQL Developer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in database development and design, with a focus on scalability and performance.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development of complex database solutions, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient data access patterns and scalable database interactions.

  • Leverage your expertise in SQL Server to design and implement high-performance database architectures.
  • Collaborate with application developers to optimize query performance and improve responsiveness under high load.

You will participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices for data access and modeling, ensuring that our databases are optimized for efficiency and scalability.

Requirements
  • Strong experience with SQL Server, including advanced querying and indexing techniques.
  • Familiarity with data modeling tools and performance tuning methodologies.
  • Experience in environments with high concurrency and large-scale data access.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Exposure to business logic or financial systems is a plus but not required.
