We're seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead sales development efforts in the North America market.
Job Description:As a Senior Sales Development Representative, you'll be responsible for unlocking growth opportunities in the mid-market and enterprise space by leveraging our AI-driven personalization solutions. You'll establish connections with prospective customers, research accounts, identify decision-makers, and craft targeted outreach strategies.
Key Responsibilities:- Prosect and qualify leads through discovery calls, ensuring seamless handoffs to account executives while maintaining accurate CRM and pipeline metrics.
- Leverage LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM, and intent data tools to find and connect with the right people, engaging prospects through personalized emails, LinkedIn, and phone calls to spark conversations.
- 5+ years of Sales Development/Inside Sales experience in B2B SaaS.
- Proven success prospecting mid-markets enterprise accounts in the North America market.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM (Salesforce or similar), and outreach tools.
- A natural communicator, clear, confident, and persuasive in writing and speaking.
