- Assist in ensuring productivity and meeting deadlines

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field
- Proven 5+ years of experience in sales or customer support roles
- Strong communication skills, fluent in written and spoken English
- Resilient, proactive, and highly organized with the ability to manage deadlines
- Experience with customer-facing communication across multiple channels
