About This Role:

We are seeking an experienced professional to strengthen our domestic partnerships network across India. This role will focus on building and nurturing relationships with state tourism boards, attractions, and other key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage strong relationships with domestic partners including state tourism boards, attractions, and hospitality brands.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for partners, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery.
  • Conduct partner meetings, present proposals, negotiate terms, and finalize agreements aligned with our strategic goals.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with tourism boards and state bodies; ensure all deliverables are aligned and achieved.
  • Work towards defined sales and partnership goals while identifying new opportunities for revenue growth.
  • Represent us in partner meetings, trade events, and roadshows across India.
  • Monitor tourism trends, competitor strategies, and partner developments to support decision-making and strategy.
  • Work closely with internal teams (product, supply, marketing) to ensure alignment on partner deliverables.

Requirements Include:

  • 4–5 years of proven experience in partnerships, client relations, or business development.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust-based relationships.
  • Strong logical thinking and problem-solving ability.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting sales/partnership targets.
  • Open to extensive travel across India and flexible to work remotely when stationed at partner locations.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to manage multiple partnerships simultaneously.

Success Metrics:

  • Secure partnerships and proposals from at least 2–3 key state tourism boards.
  • Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements aligned with annual targets.
  • Establish strong client relationships and a regular meeting schedule with domestic partners.
  • Deliver a pipeline of new partnership opportunities for expansion in India.
