Beauty Advisor Role

We are looking for an individual to play a key role in delivering personalized consultations and building long-term relationships with our customers.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing top-notch client service, demonstrating interest, courtesy, and sincerity in every interaction. They will work closely with the team to understand customer needs and preferences, ensuring loyalty and repeat sales.

The Beauty Advisor will be responsible for:

  • Providing superior client service by demonstrating interest, courtesy, and sincerity
  • Extending exceptional client care through consultations
  • Using selling skills that relate to customer needs
  • Achieving sales goals planned for the year for the Fragrance & Beauty account
  • Increasing the customer base and building business for the future
  • Building strong in-store business relationships through effective communication
