Client Engagement Expert

We are seeking a skilled Client Engagement Expert to join our team. As the primary point of contact for inbound leads, you will be responsible for managing client inquiries, understanding their requirements, and positioning our services effectively.

  • You will act as the primary point of contact for inbound leads via calls, emails, and website inquiries.
  • You will understand client requirements and communicate how our research and consulting solutions can address them.
  • You will qualify leads, prepare customized proposals, and follow up to drive conversions.
  • You will collaborate with the Research & Consulting team to design solutions aligned with client needs.
  • You will maintain accurate client records and sales pipeline updates in CRM tools.
  • You will build and nurture relationships with clients to foster repeat business and long-term engagement.
  • You will partner with the marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
  • You will consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in client engagement, business development, or inbound sales (preferably in research, consulting, or professional services).
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • A consultative and solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple conversations and prioritize effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office tools.
  • Self-driven, adaptable, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.
