Job Title

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled professional to lead the planning and execution of audit, review, or compilation engagements. This role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of the engagement from staffing, planning, risk assessment, financial reporting, and conclusion.

Responsibilities include providing supervision and support to the engagement staff, seniors, and supervisors, promoting open communication with the engagement partner, and collaborating with team partners on client issue resolution. Additionally, this position entails managing multiple engagements concurrently with various teams to meet client deadlines efficiently.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in accounting or a Master's; CPA is preferred. At least 7-10 years of public accounting experience, with experience leading multiple engagements and supervising staff, are required. Experience auditing real estate, technology, and financial services clients is also essential. Analytical, technical, and auditing skills, including familiarity with US GAAP, are necessary for success in this role.
