Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the engagement team staff on the planning and execution of an audit.
  • Provide supervision and support to the engagement staff.
  • Collaborate with managers and partners on client issue resolution.
  • Manage multiple engagements concurrently to meet client deadlines.
  • Conduct constructive discussions with team members on their evaluations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3+ years of post-qualification hands-on experience with U.S. accounting firms.
  • Strong leadership, training, and mentoring skills.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, project management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple engagements and competing projects.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
