Role Description

  • Understanding the challenges of clients in the area of Sales – Business Growth.
  • Designing the Business Growth Strategy.
  • Implementation of Business Growth Strategy at client location.
  • Solving the Complex Business Problems.
  • Dealing with the client and team of clients to achieve the desired results.
  • Driving the project to maintain client satisfaction and achieve success for clients.
  • Learn the products and services offered by the clients, including the sales terms (e.g. special features, return and warranty policies).
  • Helping clients in setting targets for the sales department and collaborating with the marketing. Department to prepare common strategies and monitor sales numbers and marketing metrics.
  • Calculate business trends, like monthly sales rates, Target decide for Sales Team
  • Analyze market trend.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Sales Consulting
  • Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Ability to provide comprehensive Consulting services
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and growing customer base
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA is a plus.
