About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Accounting and Finance professional to join our team at CapTalent HR. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the overall accounting and finance operations of one or more entities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles and practices, with experience in managing general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close process.

You will also be responsible for internal or external reporting to satisfy both local and global stakeholders, including closing books of account and finalizing Financial Statements as per IndAS/IFRS & IGAAP.

In addition, you will analyze Revenue, Cost & GP Margin MoM, QoQ & YoY, and ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including Payroll related compliances of country of operation, STPI Reporting & Compliance.

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent accounting software user and administration skills, accuracy and attention to detail, and aptitude for numbers and quantitative skills.
