This position develops and makes the day-to-day PMA operations more efficient. Your primary responsibilities include:

  • Manage service delivery of Procure to Pay (P2P) processes in scope.
  • In charge of invoice processing, vendor master management; query resolution, indexing, Invoice reconciliation and accounts reporting activities.
  • Ensure Service Level Agreements (SLA) are met on timelines and accuracy.
  • Ensure proper financial treatment of the team's transactions.
  • Maintain a sound Internal control environment.
  • Lead Special Projects and handle customer expectations.
  • Ensure feedback is provided for the process.
  • Systematically identify, analyze, and tackle issues and problems to reach optimal solutions on time.

We seek a seasoned professional with minimum 10 years of experience in Finance and Accounts. Proven ability to draw conclusions and recommendations from data trends and comparisons is essential. Demonstrated knowledge to work cross-functionally, across finance, operations and matrixed structure is required.
