About Us : We are looking for a proactive and organized Project Manager with (3-5) years of experience to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of projects on time and within budget. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders to define project scope, set goals, and manage resources effectively. Your strong leadership, problem-solving abilities, and communication skills will be essential in ensuring the successful completion of projects that meet client expectations and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

●     Lead and manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.

●     Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with clients, stakeholders, and team members.

●     Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.

●     Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the project.

●     Monitor and track project progress, identify potential risks or delays, and implement mitigation strategies.

●     Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and managing expectations.

●     Manage project budgets, ensuring cost control and resource optimization.

●     Ensure quality control throughout the project by adhering to project standards and best practices.

●     Lead and motivate team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

●     Handle project-related issues and conflicts, ensuring timely resolution to keep the project on track.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

●     Lead and manage the full project lifecycle, ensuring successful planning, execution, and delivery of projects on time, within scope, and within budget.

●      Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, deliverables, and requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals.

●      Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.

●     Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams, ensuring effective collaboration and task execution.

●     Monitor and track project progress, providing regular updates to stakeholders and adjusting plans as needed to address issues or delays.

●     Manage project budgets and resources, ensuring cost efficiency and optimal utilization of team skills and tools.

●     Identify, assess, and manage project risks, implementing mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.

●     Ensure adherence to quality standards, ensuring all deliverables meet client expectations and project specifications.

●     Lead project meetings, manage stakeholder expectations, and resolve project-related issues or conflicts.

●     Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a positive team environment and encouraging professional growth.

Preferred Qualifications:

●     Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, IT, or related field, with 3-5 years of project management experience.

●     Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, Agile) is a plus, along with proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Microsoft Project).
