Monitor cash flow, accounts receivable, and accounts payable. Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement. Coordinate with external auditors and manage the audit process. Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets. Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management. Support the development and implementation of financial strategies. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting roles. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards. Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience in managing a team is a plus.
