We are seeking an Associate in Finance with a focus on Accounts Payable and Receivable to join our dynamic finance team in India. The ideal candidate will have 4-7 years of experience and will play a critical role in managing financial transactions, ensuring compliance with company policies, and supporting the overall financial health of the organization.
Responsibilities
- Process and manage accounts payable and receivable transactions efficiently.
- Ensure timely payment of invoices and receipts according to company policy.
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Assist in month-end closing activities and financial reporting.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation for audits.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal departments to address inquiries and issues.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 4-7 years of experience in finance and accounting roles, particularly in accounts payable/receivable functions.
