We are looking for an experienced Accounting and Finance Coordinator to manage our company's accounts payable and receivable responsibilities. Key tasks include reviewing and reconciling accounts, processing payments to external partners, and maintaining updated records of invoices and receipts.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage supplier, customer, and vendor obligations.
  2. Process financial transactions, including bank deposits.
  3. Review and reconcile financial statements.
  4. Prepare and distribute invoices.
  5. Maintain accurate inventory records.
  6. Communicate with clients regarding payment reminders.
  7. Comply with tax regulations by submitting required forms.
  8. Address any discrepancies in accounts payable and receivable.
  9. Provide regular updates on account status.
  10. Update internal accounting systems and spreadsheets.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as an Accounts Administrator or equivalent role.
  • Familiarity with bookkeeping principles and debt collection laws.
  • Proficiency in accounting software applications.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling and spreadsheet creation.
  • Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
