Key Account Manager

We are seeking a driven and results-focused Key Account Manager to join our team. As a vital member of our sales and partnerships function, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by fostering strong relationships with customers and partners.

Responsibilities:
  • Direct-to-Consumer Sales:
    • Respond to website, social media, and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
    • Manage abandoned carts through personalized follow-ups and offers.
    • Support the customer journey from browsing to buying and repeat purchases.
  • Wholesale & Partnerships:
    • Identify and pitch new business opportunities to multi-brand stores, boutiques, and gifting platforms.
    • Manage the onboarding of new stockists, including pricing sheets, product information, and samples.
    • Maintain strong relations with partners to secure re-orders and drive business growth.
  • Sales Strategy & Reporting:
    • Track sales performance across products and collections.
    • Report regularly on sales trends, customer feedback, and competitor benchmarks.
    • Work closely with marketing to align campaigns with sales pushes.
  • Community & Events:
    • Represent our brand at pop-ups, exhibitions, and PR activations.
    • Actively collect leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Skills & Qualifications:
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
    • Comfortable with numbers (sales targets, reporting).
    • Social, approachable, and customer-first mindset.
    • Organized and proactive in follow-ups.
    • Experience in fashion/lifestyle retail is an asset.
  • KPI/Success Metrics:
    • Monthly revenue targets achieved.
    • Number of new stockists/partnerships onboarded.
    • Conversion rate improvement (from inquiries to orders).
    • Customer retention and repeat purchases.
