We are looking for a candidate who can turn influencer marketing performance data into actionable insights.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working on multiple spreadsheets, with large datasets across social media platforms and campaign reports.

You will play a critical role in measuring return on investment, understanding audience impact and guiding creative and strategic influencer decisions.

In this role you will

  • Collect, clean and analyze influencer campaign data from various sources.
  • Prepare visually appealing presentations reflecting data, insights and analytics.
  • Identify high-performing influencers and trends across platforms to optimize future campaigns.
  • Work closely with strategy, account management and creative teams to provide insights that shape influencer selection and content direction.
  • Conduct competitive benchmarking and market analysis for influencer marketing campaigns.
  • Provide post-campaign analysis with clear storytelling.
  • Interact with clients and influencers every day.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing or media analytics.
  • Excellent MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing tools.
  • Excellent communication and data storytelling skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
