Role Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Influencer Marketing professional to join our team. As a key member, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our influencer and retention marketing strategies.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective influencer and retention marketing campaigns, managing YouTube campaigns, maintaining public relations, and supporting sales initiatives.

You will work closely with our internal teams to identify and collaborate with influencers, create engaging content, analyze campaign performance, and build strong relationships with stakeholders.

Your key responsibilities will include scouting and closing agreements with influencers, understanding their niche, creating scripts and reviewing video drafts, coordinating product dispatch, and preparing reports as required.

In addition, you will create WhatsApp marketing templates, develop broadcast ideas for occasions and seasonal requirements, and refine data sets for campaigns.

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to work on-site, and a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, or a related field. Experience in the FMCG or beauty industry is highly desirable.
