Job Title: Administrative Hiring Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and organized individual to join our team as an Administrative Hiring Coordinator. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the recruitment process for lateral positions across various departments.

  • Support the hiring process by scheduling interviews, preparing candidate documentation, and managing candidate communication. This includes ensuring all necessary information is accurate and up-to-date in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

  • Assist the recruitment team in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for lateral positions. You will work closely with the team to identify suitable candidates and ensure a seamless experience for both candidates and interviewers.

  • Coordinate and manage interviews, including organizing induction sessions and preparing materials. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be essential in ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.

  • Prepare and assist in preparing offer letters, contracts, and other documentation required for lateral hiring. This includes ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently.

  • Help manage the onboarding process for new hires, including organizing materials and ensuring a positive transition into their new role.

  • Provide general HR support, including handling candidate queries and assisting with post-hire follow-up. You will also help maintain and update recruitment reports and metrics on the progress of lateral hiring.

  • Collaborate with HR and recruitment teams to improve processes and ensure a positive candidate experience. Your input and ideas will be valued in driving forward our recruitment strategy.

Requirements:
  • Proven administrative experience, preferably in a recruitment or HR environment.

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy when working with data and documents.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other software applications relevant to the role.
