Job Description

The Revenue Optimization Expert will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to optimize hotel revenue, improve profitability, and enhance customer experience. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing pricing strategies to maximize revenue
  • Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition
  • Collaborating with senior management to determine budget and strategy
  • Managing staff and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in the reservation department

As a Revenue Optimization Expert, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our senior management team to drive business growth and excellence.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 4-5 years' experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry
  • Experience working in the GCC and/or Middle East Region is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • A strong understanding of revenue management principles and practices
