Job Title: Process Auditor

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Process Auditor to join our team. As a Process Auditor, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our processes are operating efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform and control the full process audit cycle, including operations control management, operational excellence, and financial reliability.
  • Determine internal audit scope and develop annual plans.
  • Analyze and evaluate audit reports, data, flowcharts, and other relevant information.
  • Prepare and present reports that reflect audit results and document process improvements.
  • Act as an objective source of independent advice to ensure validity, legality, and goal achievement.
  • Identify process gaps and recommend risk aversion measures and cost savings.
  • Initiate process improvement and automation projects using Six Sigma and process improvement tools.
  • Maintain open communication with management and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Proven working experience as a Process Auditor or Senior Process Auditor.
  • Advanced computer skills on MS Office, Excel, and other relevant software.
  • Knowledge of auditing standards and procedures, laws, rules, and regulations.
  • High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
  • Sound independent judgment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • BE degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • Experience: 5-7 years in manufacturing or service industry with experience in process audit, improvement, and automation.
